# Feather (Alt+Ctrl + D)
Select / Feather option is used to applying the feather shadow while erasing an image.
Steps:
1. Select the required area of an image by using lasso tool, where we want to apply the feather (shadow).
2. Click on Select Menu.
3. Click on Featheroption. It displays a dialogue box.
4. Type the required feathering number.
5. Click on ok
6. Press Delete key from the keyboard.
# Modify:
This option is used to applying the border line on an image
Steps:
1. Select an image by pressing Ctrl+A
2. Click on Select menu.
3. Click on Modify option.
4. Click on Bordersub-option. It displays a dialogue box.
5. Type the required border width.
6. Click on ok.
7. Press Delete key from the keyboard.
# Grow:
It is used to increase required area of an image by selecting.
Steps:
1. Select an image.
2. Click on Select menu.
3. Click on Grow option.
# Similar:
This option is same as Colour range, which is also used to delete required distance of an image by selecting.
Steps:
1. Select an image.
2. Click on Selectmenu.
3. Click on Similar option
4. Press Delete key from the keyboard.
# Colour range:
Steps:
1. Click on Selectmenu.
2. Click on Colour range option.
3. Click on required part of an image.
4. Click on ok.
5. Erase or manage the required Colour on image.
# Transform selection:
It is used to change the mode of an image.
Steps:
1. Select an image by pressing enter key.
2. Click on Select menu.
3. Click on Transform Selectionoption.
4. Choose the required selection.
5. Press the enter key.
6. Press Delete key.
